Assassin’s Creed Shadows features a large, open-world map filled with many locations to explore. You can explore these regions in whichever order you wish. Exploring these is an easy way to get some extra XP.

The shrines that are dotted throughout the map also offer some extra rewards. These shrines have multiple praying spots. If you pray at all these spots, you can receive either knowledge points or a shrine buff. Here is where you can find all of the prayer spots for the Aekuni Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Where is Aekuni Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Aekuni Shrine is located in the Iga region. It is in the Northern part of the Ichinomiya sub-region. Aekuni Shrine has two prayer spots, both of which are located near each other.

The exact location of the shrine is displayed in the image above, and you can see that it is to the north of Aekuni Shrine Town.

How To Pray At the Aekuni Shrine

This shrine does not have three prayer locations unlike most other shrines you will find on the map. Instead, this one only has two of them, which makes this objective simpler than others. You can use the Observe feature to make your life easier while trying to find these praying locations. This feature will highlight the prayer spots in the area, so you should use it to your advantage.

The first prayer spot is in front of a small shrine to the left of the large building in the Northern part of the town. Once you have interacted with this spot, you can go to the second spot.

This will be the final spot and is behind the large central structure, at the entrance of the Northernmost building in the town. Note that you can interact with these shrines in any order.

The Aekuni Shrine will be completed after you have interacted with these prayer spots. As with all other shrines, the Aekuni Shrine gives you some XP. Additionally, it also gives you one knowledge point. Knowledge points can be used to unlock new skills.
