The Infernal Rapier is found in the Mind Flayer Colony at Coordinates X: 676 Y: 39 during the end of Act 2. You must bring the companion Wyll during this part of the game and complete a DC 14 persuasion check and ask for the reward.
How to Get Infernal Rapier in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Infernal Rapier in Baldur’s Gate 3, you need to bring Wyll with you at the end of Act 2, free Mizora, and convince her to reward you for saving her. The Blade of Frontiers companion quest for Wyll is automatically added when you find and recruit him in Druid Grove early in Act 1.
