Naoe doesn’t start off as a master assassin in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. In fact, you’ll watch her grow from a bumbling novice who can barely grab a katana into one of the finest assassins in the history of the series. And throughout her journey, you’ll be able to constantly improve and upgrade the gear available to her. Much later in the game, you’ll unlock her Apprentice Assassin Outfit, and you’ll need to reach the endgame to finally unlock the Master Assassin Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. In this guide, we’ll explain exactly how you can acquire this particular outfit for Naoe.

How To Unlock Master Assassin Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

The Master Assassin Outfit is available to Naoe almost towards the end of the game. To unlock the armor, you first need to complete all of the main story assassination missions, completely derailing the Shinbakufu. Once that is done, you’ll play through the epilogue section of the game.

Complete all of the personal stories for Naoe, Yasuke, and Junjiro during this section. After you finish tackling all of their personal stories, a final quest dubbed Out of the Shadows will begin. This particular mission doesn’t involve any action. Instead, you’ll just have to interact with NPCs around your hideout, which will end the game.

After the game ends and the final cutscene plays, you will automatically unlock the Master Assassin Outfit. More specifically, you’ll unlock the Master Assassin Hood and the Master Assassin Gear, both of which will be legendary tier. You can equip the outfit for Naoe as you explore the world to finish any of the remaining activities or side missions.

How To Use the Master Assassin Outfit in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

• Master Assassin Hood: Equipping the hood on Naoe improves her adrenaline gain, health, and critical chance. The item’s perk ensures that two additional health segments are removed for ground attacks.
• Master Assassin Gear: The gear offers an increase in health, vulnerable damage, damage dealt with tools, and critical damage. Its engraving allows Naoe to remove two further health segments during assassination attempts.
