To get the Poisoner’s Ring in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to travel through the Shadow-Cursed Lands to Moonrise Towers. Once inside, you can find trader Roah Moonglow on the western side and purchase this ring from her.
Step 1- Find Moonrise Towers
The Mountain Pass is the best method for getting into the Shadow-Cursed Lands and finding a Moonlantern. Travel with the convoy of Aboslute cultists and you’ll have an opportunity to get a Moonlantern from Kar’niss.
