How to Get the Markoheshkir in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can loot the Markoheshkir by solving the See Invisibility Puzzle in the Ramazith’s Tower during Act 3.
Here is how to get the Markoheshkir in BG3:
- Progress until you reach Act 3
- Enter Baldur’s Gate City.
- From the Basilisk Gate, head west until you reach Sorcerous Sundries.
- Go upstairs and enter the blue portal.
- After a short conversation, jump down a level using floating furniture. (part of the Nightsong Quest)
- Press the Weave button on the northwest side of the floor.
- Use see invisibility spell, scroll, or potion.
- Pull the levers that appear and pass a 20 DC intelligence check.
- Get the Markoheshkir from the table.

From the Basilisk Gate, head west until you reach Sorcerous Sundries Tower, a majestic building in the middle of the lower city. Inside, you’ll find a merchant who offers fantastic items such as Ring of Regeneration, Quickspell Gloves, Harper Secredstriker, Armour of Landfall, Vest of Soul Rejuvenation, and Birthright.

Before you progress further, ensure you have one companion with a high intelligence ability score and Arcana proficiency skill, for example, Gale is a great companion to take with you because he will take part in the conversation with Lorroakan and have some insight into the situation. You can also use the Warped Headband of Intellect to increase the intelligence of any of your characters up to 17. Secondly, you will need the See Invisibility spell, scroll, or potion. Again, Gale, as a wizard, can learn and swap spells at any time. Prepare the spell or obtain the potion of the see invisibility from vendors before entering the tower.
Enter the Ramazith’s Tower

To get the legendary Markoheshkir, you must break into the Ramazith’s Tower. Use stairs; on the top level, you’ll spot four portals. Take the blue one on the far left side. You’ll be transported to the Ramazith’s Tower, where you meet Lorroakan, a powerful wizard searching for Nightsong. Engaging in a dialogue with Lorroakan is an essential part of the Nightsong questline, so proceed with caution and consider your choices carefully during your conversation.
If Nightsong lives: In short, all dialogue options that side with Nightsong or hide her location from the wizard will gain approval from Gale, Karlach, Wyll, Halsin, and Shadowheart. All choices that reveal Nightsong’s location and suggest cooperation with Lorroakan can hurt your relationship with the daughter of Selune and those companions. You can finish this conversation open, and don’t commit to anything yet. To do it, ask questions, and you can learn about the wizard’s plans. Do not commit and tell him you’ll think about it.

After a short conversation in Ramazith’s Tower, jump down to a floor below using floating furniture. From where you are, you probably can already see two blue spheres that protect the Quarterstaff and Robe of the Weave. Your goal is to reach the lowest level, where the Markoheshkir awaits on a table beneath a protective sphere field.
Ramazith’s Tower Puzzle and Markoheshkir

You can loot the area on this floor, but be careful what you press or do because Ramazith’s Tower is full of secrets, puzzles, and traps. Speaking of traps, as soon as you jump to the lower level, your characters will pass an automatic Arcana skill check and hopefully reveal traps. Be vigilant and avoid triggering these traps. Also, you’ll come across several Weave Buttons. When you are ready to progress further, locate the button to the north (refer to the image above), press it, and you’ll be teleported to the floor below.

To get the items protected by the blue spheres, cast the See Invisibility spell on the character with the highest intelligence and Arcana proficiency to reveal concealed levers that will turn off the protective fields. It’s a good idea to save the game in case of mishaps. When engaging with one of the levers, you must pass an Arcana skill check with a difficulty class (DC) of 20. You can use spells like Guidance or any other buffs you may have to improve your chances. If you succeed in the skill check, the protective field will disappear, allowing you to claim the Markoheshkir in BG3! Additionally, beneath the second sphere, you’ll find the Robe of the Weave. Similarly, obtaining this powerful item requires a successful skill check.
