The Tools Master Hat is a legendary headgear for Naoe that you can get as early as level 8 in AC Shadows. It is strong enough to carry you for a good chunk of the early-game, and outperforms headgears of lower tier even if they are at 2-3 levels higher. Where To Find Tools Master Hat in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

The Tools Master Hat can be found inside the Amagasaki Castle legendary chest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. You will find Amagasaki Castle in Izumi Settsu, at the northwestern part of Osaka. The castle is very close to the port and overlooks the vast water bodies towards its south.

The Amagasaki Castle is a large area, and it has 5 Samurai Daishos patrolling the entire castle. You must defeat all five of these Daishos and then head to the largest building’s top floor to get this headgear. If you choose to take the stairs inside this building, you will also have to fight quite a few enemies as you make your way to the top floor. An easier alternative is to use your rope tool and climb to the roof. Here, you will find a trapdoor/latch, which will allow you to drop inside.

If you have defeated all 5 Samurai Daishos in Amagasaki Castle, the Legendary Chest will be unlocked, and you can get the Tools Master Hat for Naoe.
