To get the Varsh Ko’kuu’s Boots in Baldur’s Gate 3 you must find your way into Crèche Y’llek, which is underneath the Rosymorn Monastery. The first time you visit the Rosymorn Monastery, before you go down into the Crèche, make sure to start completing the puzzle so you can claim The Blood of Lathander legendary weapon later.

You can reach the Rosymorn Monastery by going through the Mountain Pass exit in the far northwestern corner of the main Act 1 map. On your way down this new trail, you’ll meet a woman called Lady Esther. She is a trader with items for sale, but she also mentions she here trying to get a Githyanki egg from the Crèche. You can offer to help her, or not as you like.

If you recruited Lae’zel earlier you should bring her along in your party before entering the Crèche. It will make getting past the guards easier.
