Assassin’s Creed Shadows introduced a Map Pack for all the players in the latest installment in the franchise. Although there are already several new features in the game, this one holds its own place because it hasn’t always been in the series. Does that mean you should buy it right away? We suggest that you first learn about it and then make your decision. That’s what we are here to help you with.

Map Pack Price and Content in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

This Map Pack can be found in the in-game store. It is an exclusive pack for the store, and you will not find it in third-party stores like the PS Store, Xbox Store, or Steam as of now. When you access the store through the menu, the Map Pack will be listed among the items. So far, it is only available as a “bundle” at a price of 1,000 Helix Credits. The “bundle” consists of the following content:

  • Yasuke Activity Map
  • Naoe Activity Map
  • Hidden Chest Map
  • World Activity Map

So far, we don’t know of any way to buy individual content from this bundled Map Pack. If we come across any methods, we will make sure to update you here. Those who are interested, however, can pay 1,000 Helix Credits for the pack. There is a catch, though: Helix Credits can only be bought with real-life money. But once again, the exchange rate for them is unknown, and we will update it as soon as we have more information.

Is the Map Pack Worth It?

The answer is both yes and no, depending on your preferences. The price seems too inflated for a “content pack,” but don’t forget that it essentially reveals everything there is to explore besides the quests you will do. So, if you like to explore things yourself and come across some treasure by hunting for it or stumbling upon it accidentally, you shouldn’t spend your credits on this Map Pack.

On the other hand, if you enjoy games in a more relaxed way and don’t want to pressure yourself with too much exploration, you can buy this Map Pack for a more laid-back experience. Ultimately, the Map Pack will help you complete Assassin’s Creed Shadows quickly and efficiently. It may also contribute to reaching 100% completion faster than the estimated time to beat the game.
