Athos is part of the Astrum Unit in Monster Hunter Wilds or MHWilds as Olivia’s Elite Palico. We can see the veteran Palico step into battle along with Olivia during the main game’s story.

Athos is an elite Palico assisting Olivia in her hunts.

MHWilds Athos: Quests and Other Interactions

In the Monster Hunter Preview, we see Athos take part in the Repel Uth Duna quest in Scarlet Forest. The Elite Palico joined Olivia, the player character, and the player’s Palico in that fight. We will learn more about other similar participations once the game launches. Before this quest, we also see Athos during the Lala Barina quest where Erik gets captured.

When Olivia appears in response to a SOS flare from the player, Athos may not appear. The first Chatacabra mission of the main story has Olivia respond to a player SOS without her trusted Palico.

Where To Find Athos in MHWilds

Athos will likely be found along with Olivia in Monster Hunter Wilds.
