Dune Awakening has a maximum level that you can hit, and it may spell bad news for those who wish to experience it all with one character.
Dune Awakening is an open-world multiplayer survival craft game that throws you into the lands of Arrakis. But this Arrakis is not the one you know and love. In this Arrakis, Paul Atreides was never born, and the Duke is at war with the Harkonnen. The Fremen, too, are missing in action. So, it is up to you to navigate the conflict and find out what happened to the Fremen.
Since there is no Paul Atreides, you are the most important person in the course of this new Arrakis story, and you live it through your created character. You start off as a mere prisoner, sent out to investigate the disappearance of the Fremen, but quickly acquire tons of tools and progress to become much more.
The game has a good progression flow, leveling you up based on the tasks you do. Each time you level up, you get a skill point. You can then invest these points into one of six skill trees. With so many skills to invest in, you’ll need to hit a high level, leaving you to wonder what the maximum level in the game is, if there is one at all. Dune Awakening does have a maximum level, and it spells bad news for those who wish to unlock all skills in a single playthrough.

The maximum level that you can hit right now in Dune Awakening is Level 200. Since you start the game off at Level 1, it leaves you with 199 other levels to obtain. Each time you obtain a level, you get a Skill Point. There are six skill trees in the game. You’ll need a total of 560 Skill Points if you wish to hit all of them.
Unfortunately, since there are only 199 levels you can go up, you’ll only be getting 199 Skill Points with a single character. This means you can only complete up to two skill trees at most in a single playthrough. With such a limited amount of Skill Points to use, you’ll have to plan out your build properly to make the most of your character.
