Depending on who you ask, Wumpo is one of the best work sustainability Pals in the game, if not outright, the very best. Wumpo comes stacked with high traits, which include Level 2 Cooling, Level 2 Handiwork, Level 3 Lumbering, and Level 4 Transporting.

These stats are high, making Wumpo the jack of all trades and the master of transporting. The Level 4 Transporting allows Wumpo to carry up to 20 items, making him a godsend in the late game. You find Wumpo while exploring the world and dungeons, hatch him from a Large Frozen Egg, or breed him. 

3) Knocklem

Knocklem is a giant hulking Golem clad in a suit of armor. This giant puts its size to good use and is highly effective at carrying multiple items. Boasting Level 4 Transporting, Level 4 Mining, and Level 3 Gathering, Knocklem sits comfortably in the upper echelon of Pals in Palworld.

You can find this Pal as an Alpha Boss while exploring the world, hatch him from a Huge Rocky Egg, or breed him at the Breeding Farm. 

4) Helzephyr

Helzephyr is one of the best flying mount and combat Pals in the game, while also excelling at transporting items. Boasting a Level 3 Transporting, Helzephyr can carry up to 10 items at a time. Transporting is all that Helzephyr has to offer, and since you’re looking for a good transport Pal, that is plenty enough.

Helzephyr is found in abundance, exclusively in the vicinity of the Hypocrite Hill at (83, -247) at night. Alternatively, you can find him inside a Large Dark Egg or breed him at the Breeding Farm.

5) Mossanda Lux

The final entry on this list is Mossanda Lux, a highly versatile Pal who is likely to be the building block of your work-related efforts. Mossanda Lux boasts Level 2 Handiwork, Level 2 Lumbering, Level 3 Transporting, and Level 2 Generating Electricity. These traits make Mossanda Lux a no-brainer to have on your roster.

The Pal can be found as an Alpha Boss while exploring the world, hatched from a Large Electric Egg, or can be obtained through breeding.
