There’s more than one way you can report players in Marvel Rivals. Learn all of them to ensure a healthy play-environment in the community.
Marvel Rivals features a ‘report player’ action much like any competitive multiplayer game. If you are struggling to find a way to report another user, you have come to the right place.
There are quite a few ways to do so, though. If you wish to report a person in an ongoing match, the process can be a bit confusing. During the match, you have to go to Options or the Pause menu. Once on the Pause menu, select the Report option.
The entire lobby will show up, divided on a team basis. Select the caution icon to report a player and select the reasons behind your actions. You can either report an ally or a rival. The reasons can vary from the use of unfair means to abusive language.
If the match is over and you forgot to report somebody during it, you can still report a player after the match. There are two ways to do so.
Reporting Players After a Match in Marvel Rivals
There are two ways you can report a player after you are done with a match. Both of these are convenient based on whether you remember the name of the player.
If you remember the name of the one you wish to report, head to the social tab on the top right corner of the Home Screen. This is marked by a silhouette of two people standing beside each other. Click on it and head to the leftmost tab with a clock icon. It has a list of recent players that you paired with during recent matches. Select the person you remember from here, and click on report player and select your reason(s).
If you don’t remember the name of the person but remember the match and the character they took, there’s still a way. Just head to the top right section of the Home Screen. This is your Career Overview marked by your nameplate and level number on it. Clicking it will open several options in front of you. Select the History tab. Select the match you remember, and click on the person to report them.
In both of these cases, we are not certain how many days Marvel Rivals keeps this record. I found that the History tab only has matches from 6 days ago. So, you may want to hurry that report up.
