Huge news for Marvel Rivals fans as Dr. Strange’s leaked upcoming skin hints at a potential Marvel Zombies event.
Dr. Strange can never have too many skins in Marvel Rivals. He is one of the coolest Vanguards in the game because of his abilities, but he doesn’t have many skins that you can apply. Now, the developers appear to be changing that with the introduction of an upcoming skin that has been leaked.
It’s not just any skin. An image has been going viral on social media showing Doctor Strange in a zombie “costume.” It looks like a combination of the Doctor Strange we saw in the first season of Marvel Zombies and Benedict Cumberbatch’s master magician overcome by the dark dimension in the second standalone Dr. Strange film.
There is no confirmation, of course, but it could be that Season 1, which is due to arrive in January 2025, has a seasonal event featuring Marvel Zombies. Season 0 only had one seasonal event called Entangled Memories. This is probably because this season is only lasting for less than a month.
So, Season 1 might have multiple events, including Marvel Zombies, which could feature this leaked Doctor Strange skin, along with some more horror cosmetics for other characters. The rumor suggests that the hands and cape in this costume will also involve some animation.
Before Doctor Strange’s New Leaked Skin, Grab This Free One
Jeff the Land Shark has a free skin now available in Marvel Rivals as part of the Winter Celebration event. The skin is called Cuddly Fuzzlefin. There are four skins available for four other heroes, but this is the only one that is available to grab for free.
You can’t claim it right away, though. First, you must grind for it by playing through the newly introduced game mode. It is a lengthy process, but you can surely cover it by the time this event comes to a close in January 2025.
But don’t let this free skin take all of your attention. As we mentioned above, the game also introduced four other costumes, along with their very own bundles that you can buy using Units.
As for the Doctor Strange skin, we can’t be too sure until the team confirms it. Either way, we shall keep you updated!
