Lil RT is a controversial 10-year-old American rapper from Atlanta who went viral after he released the song 60 Miles.
Atlanta-based rapper Lil RT sometimes appears on content creator Kai Cenat’s streams. During one of Kai’s recent livestreams, he brought up fellow content creator 2xRaKai and used a homophobic slur.
When Kai heard the 10-year-old use the word, he immediately got up from his seat and tried to reprimand him. He asked Lil RT to watch his language and not say such things in the future. This was the second time that a controversial moment occurred on Kai’s stream with Lil RT.
Internet users criticized Kai’s decision to bring RT back on stream after he created another controversial moment in November 2024.
Lil RT’s Controversies on Kai Cenat’s Streams
RT has appeared on Kai Cenat’s streams on multiple occasions. On November 21, 2024, the rapper was asked to freestyle on Kai’s stream, and he sang:
“I walk your girl, and I get your girl and I want a hug. I got her number and I finna ra*e her down upon her.”
Kai seemed shocked at the inappropriate language and said:
“Where are kids learning this bro?”
The streamer was supposed to babysit RT for 24 hours, during which he tried to mentor him. Just weeks after the previous incident, Lil RT was on Kai’s stream once again, where he said:
“Why are you going on with fa**ots? Yeah, RaKai.”
Kai told RT to watch his mouth. He sat down with the 10-year-old and explained:
“I understand you are oblivious and you learn things that’s around you, but it’s not always good to say certain things. Listen to me, you don’t have to say those things at your age. Do you understand me? You shouldn’t be saying those things period.”
RT’s Live Shows Stirred Nationwide Outrage in the United States
In March 2024, the 10-year-old rapper performed in Miami’s Little River neighborhood. According to a news report, the child was seen inappropriately touching an OnlyFans model while another woman was gyrating around him.
American political commentator Candace Owens criticized the performance and said:
“You have Lil RT creating content on the internet talking about women performing s*x acts on him, talking about running from the police, and there’s no problem here?”
Internet users on social media also criticized the idea of a 10-year-old making music about violence and s*x. Lil RT responded to Candace Owens and other critics, saying:
“She needs to shut up. They always trying to stop my music.”
Candace Owens doubled down on her response and criticized child artists in the entertainment industry, sparking debates online. Some internet users even called for legal action against RT’s parents.
