Kick streamer CrisTravels is known for his controversial travel streams, where he frequently gets into altercations with locals.
Cristian “CrisTravels” Rodriguez is a content creator who streams his travels on Kick. He has become a controversial figure on Kick due to his alleged involvement in fellow content creator Sam Pepper’s ban.
He allegedly engaged in s*x on Sam Pepper’s stream, causing Sam’s account to get banned. Cris also ran into several controversial moments during his streams, including multiple street brawls and fights.
On one occasion, the streamer claimed that he was banned from a club in Bali, Indonesia. However, despite the alleged ban, he filmed himself breaking into the club in disguise, potentially breaking the rules.
CrisTravels and Sam Pepper Controversy Explained
One of CrisTravels’ biggest controversies involved Kick streamer and TikToker Sam Pepper. Viewers spotted a n*ked man having s*x on Pepper’s stream in January 2024. Pepper claimed that it was Cris who appeared on his stream, leading to the ban.

Kick reinstated Pepper’s account 24 hours after the ban. Two months after the ban, Cris allegedly attacked Pepper in a club in Mexico. The club’s security personnel escorted both content creators out of the club in the clip.
Cris and CaptainGee Were Reportedly Drugged and Robbed in Colombia
On December 25, 2024, two women allegedly drugged and robbed CrisTravels and his streaming partner CaptainGee. As part of their subathon event, the two streamers approached two s*x workers and brought them to an Airbnb. The stream abruptly ended, and fans reached out to the Airbnb owner to get an update.

After the incident, Cris posted an update on Twitter stating that Colombian police officials were looking for the alleged culprits.
Physical Altercations With Locals in Peru
Cris posted multiple clips of him getting into fights with locals in Lima, Peru. In one of the clips, he walks up to two women to film them. In the clip, Cris and his travel partner get into a fight with one of the women.

His Twitter feed has multiple clips of him getting into fights with locals in Peru, Spain, and Indonesia. Popular content creator Asmongold saw some of the controversial clips and said on stream:

Cris posted a video responding to Asmongold, comparing both creators’ content. He showed a clip featuring dust in Asmongold’s kitchen and a cockroach in the streamer’s living room.
