Garcia’s History of Controversies Explored
In August 2024, Kick streamer Hatecaps allegedly scammed Konvy out of a “few thousand dollars”. Konvy called fellow Kick streamer Snagz and wanted to put out a hit on Hatecaps. The streamer said:
“Imma need you to go rob them, take all their clothes, and make them have no clothes on. Embarrass them, stab them, I don’t give a f*ck. You could kill them n*ggas.”

Shortly after the call with Snagz, an unknown person jumped Hatecaps and assaulted him. Many internet users thought it was a pre-planned attempt at going viral by the streamers. However, Kick banned Konvy for threatening to harm another streamer.
Kick unbanned the streamer, and his controversies died down since. Garcia reduced the number of outdoor streams and focused on gambling and gaming content since his return.
