SEGA just announced a free demo for their newest Yakuza title, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. It will let players try out the game so they can decide whether they want to buy the full version when it comes out or not.

Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Demo Release Date
The demo will be released quite soon. According to the trailer, the demo will go live on February 13 at 7 AM PT or February 14 at 12:01 AM JST. As you can see, the demo is releasing almost immediately.
The demo will see players control Majima in both of his combat styles. Mad Dog is the style players will be familiar with. However, Sea Dog is a new fighting style that will surely hook players.
Additionally, you can also participate in the signature naval combat for the game. These will take place at the pirate coliseum, which will give players a feel for the ship-versus-ship combat before the full release of the game.
This demo aims to let players experience both combat aspects of the game. You will be able to fight with your whole crew in naval combat and fight on land while controlling Majima. This will let players get a feel for the new fighting style before the game releases.
Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Platforms
This demo will be available on various platforms for all players to enjoy. Firstly, it will be coming to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Additionally, it will also be available for PC players through the Steam store.
However, do note that the full game will be available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well.
