Popular political streamer HasanAbi stated that Destiny’s community DGG, made Asmongold the number one political commentator on Twitch.

Popular political streamer HasanAbi recently claimed that Destiny’s DGG community was responsible for making Asmongold the number one political commentator on Twitch. After Zack “Asmongold” made controversial statements about historical events, HasanAbi criticized him, attributing his rise as a political streamer to Destiny’s DGG fanbase.
Currently, Asmongold is one of the most-watched streamers on Twitch, regularly pulling over 60,000 concurrent viewers. The 34-year-old frequently streams his takes on political developments.
“Ay, congratulations to the DGGers okay? DGGers! you did it. Number one political commentator on the platform. Still going by the way, all the DGGers. You did it”

Hasan, who has 2.8M followers on Twitch, is considered one of the platform’s biggest political commentators. Recently, after Ethan Klein from h3h3 Productions released his video Content Nuke: Hasan, Piker has been critical of Ethan and Destiny. Meanwhile, Asmongold streams under his alternate Twitch channel, Zackrawrr, which boasts 2M followers. During his stream, Hasan also commented on right-wing political streamers, stating:
“There is literally no reason to f**king go to school study, political science, spend years and years of trying to understand how politics works, the importance about learning history. I’m not an elitist by any means. I think anybody can do this, this is a f**king silly a** job. It is just crazy what is declared good enough in terms of political commentary on the right-wing side of things, it’s crazy.”
Destiny Reacts to HasanAbi’s Statements
Steven “Destiny” clapped back at Hasan after the latter stated Steven’s community made Asmongold the number one political commentator on Twitch. Steven was confused as to why Hasan brought him up while watching a video of Asmongold. Destiny stated that he has done more negative coverage of Zack than Hasan has. He stated that if Piker went to the hospital, and found a mass on his lungs, he would still blame DGG:
“If this guy went to the hospital and got a f**king CT scan and they were like we found a mass on ur lungs, he’d be crawling all over the machine looking for the DGG label”

While reacting to Hasan crediting the DGG community to his rise on Twitch, Asmongold stated that Hasan is unhappy that Zack watched the Content Nuke video. Asmon once again offered to moderate the debate between HasanAbi and Ethan Klein. Piker had earlier invited Ethan for a debate, following his video. However, Klein stated that he would accept only if Hasan watched his video.
