The Season of Witchcraft added a ton of new items and systems into Diablo 4. One of them is a Unique Item for Necromancers, known as Indira’s Memory. The unique pants item provides a range of useful bonuses to the class, such as an increase in Overpower Damage and added life.
However, there are far more important buffs that this unique offers to Necromancers. Here, we’ll provide a detailed guide on how you can acquire Indira’s Memory in Diablo 4.
Getting Indira’s Memory in Diablo 4
Farming Indira’s Memory can be challenging, especially since it can drop in one of the many late-game activities, including Helltide Events, Nightmare Dungeons, and defeating world bosses. However, the greatest chance of the unique pants dropping is when you defeat the Beast in the Ice boss. Also, whether the item will drop from the boss will depend on the World Tier at which the fight takes place. So, we suggest going up against the Beast in the Ice at the highest possible difficulty mode.
To ensure quicker farming, make sure you team up with other players using the Social feature of the game. In this way, you would be able to take down the boss quickly and pool the resources that it drops.
However, you also need to fulfill certain requirements to summon the Beast in the Ice. These include:
- You must be at Level 60 or higher.
- You should have completed the game’s campaign.
- You need to have at least 12 Distilled Fear in your inventory.

How To Use Indira’s Memory?
If you’re playing a Necromancer that relies greatly on abilities, such as Blood Wave and Bone Spear, these unique pants will be highly beneficial for you. Here’s how wearing these pants can modify the effects of these abilities.
- Blood Wave: It transforms into a bone skill and creates a bone prison at its endpoint. The damage for the blood skill increases by 40-80% for 8 secs after the Blood Wave ability is used.
- Bone Spear: It transforms into a blood skill. The ability will now consume a nearby corpse and drain 10% of your Max Life to cast the Bone Spear ability again.
If you are aiming for the Necromancer Bone Spear Endgame Build, these pants would be incredibly useful. Combining the unique with the Bone Duster’s Aspect will help to cause massive damage to enemies thanks to stacked Overpower.
