First, make sure that you are docked safely at a port. Now, when your crew is relaxed, you can join them in various activities to have some fun and raise their morale. Their morale will be crucial in ensuring their happiness with the crew, so don’t neglect these activities in the long run.
Here are some of the activities you can participate in:
Feasts
You can organize big feasts for lots of crewmates to indulge in. These feasts will greatly increase the morale and experience of the invited crew members. However, keep in mind that you need specific dishes to start certain feasts.
You can start these feasts from a table in the corner of the captain’s quarters. Additionally, the number of crew members able to participate in this activity will depend on the dishes you are serving for the feast.
Cooking
You can use the various items you have collected on your journey to make first-class dishes. You can then use these dishes in the above-mentioned feasts to increase the morale and experience of the crew.
Simply head below the deck, and you will be able to see the kitchen. Here, you can cook up various dishes for your crew.
Reminisce
In the kitchen area, you can find a book on a table. Here, you can get a recap of the major story events so far. This feature will be especially helpful for players who forget about the story due to taking breaks between playing.
Story recaps are a good feature to be present in any game.
Talk to and Give Gifts to Your Crew
You can talk to individual members of your crew. Additionally, you can also give items to any who are running low on morale. These gifts are a good way to build back morale within your crew.
Karaoke
Karaoke makes a return from the previous Yakuza games. You can now have Majima perform various songs that will be present in the game. This karaoke can be performed either on the ship or off it as well (from the Revolve Bar).
