Sicko Snap is a minigame in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, where you have to go around Honolulu on a trolley and snap pictures of eccentric old men exhibiting peculiar behavior. Based on your picture-taking skills, you earn points that can be exchanged for many rewards from Kuroki at the Aloha Beach Trolley Stop. When Is Sicko Snap Unlocked in Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii?

Sicko Snap is unlocked during Chapter 2 after completing the ‘Snap Those Sickos! Again!’ side mission. A cutscene plays automatically once you board the trolley at the Aloha Beach Trolley Stop. During the cutscene, Kuroki introduces himself, and you play through the side mission. You can play the Sicko Snap anytime you want after completing said side mission. Simply talk to Kuroki at the trolley stop to start the minigame.

How To Play Sicko Snap in Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii

The goal of this minigame is to snap pictures of individuals who call themselves the Papillion Boys. While riding on the trolley, you can see these weird individuals in butterfly-shaped masks performing a strange activity. You need to wait for these eccentric people to appear on screen and use the given camera to snap photos of these sickos. 

You are given a limited amount of snaps, so be careful. The minigame ends once either you have run out of snaps or simply have completed the course. Additionally, each picture you take provides points depending on the picture quality and which type of sicko you snapped the picture of. You can differentiate between sickos through their mask color and their behavior, which are:

Once you complete the first game of Sicko Snap, three different trolley routes will be unlocked. To complete the minigame and earn points, reach the required score target for each route. Sickos spawn in predetermined locations in each line, so memorizing their positions will help you earn even more points. Each trolley location has a different sicko count and available snaps.
