5. Kenzo
You will find the good-natured Kenzo on Aloha Beach. He is a simple carpenter, so he has quite a mild personality, unlike Goro or some other recruits on this list. 3. Obispo
Obispo is a chef, so naturally, he will ask you to eat at his restaurant before engaging in any recruitment negotiations. The restaurant will be on the north edge of Honolulu. But you don’t have to spend your hard-earned money on any of this food. Instead, simply buy five cheap drinks from him, and it would still count as eating at the restaurant. If you find yourself in a situation where you cannot heal anymore, go out and get hit by some thugs and then come back. After the drinks, he will join the crew.
2. Lumberjack Hayashida
You will be able to find Lumberjack Hayashida near Revolve Bar, somewhere around Fuji Street. Look for an individual sitting on a bench in an empty plot, and you will find your guy. He is a simple man, so give him some energy and stamina drinks, and he will join your crew. We have given him a spot this high on the list because Lumberjack Hayashida moves around with a chainsaw which makes him a great choice for an offensive member of the crew.

Kamulog is the mascot for the shrine near Fuji Street. Your first encounter with the mascot will be through a substory named Kamulop, Fortunes Unfolded. Once you complete that substory, it will unlock the Fortune Hunt side quest. You will need to find some discarded fortune cards around Honolulu to gain the points that come with them so you can use those points in Kamulop’s shop. Spend 20 points in Kamulop’s shop to recruit him.
