There are certain conditions you must fulfill to get the jacket. These conditions are:
- You must reach Chapter 3.
- Minami has become a member of your crew.
- You must win against Minami in a game of darts.
After you fulfill the first two conditions, proceed to the darts venue at Aloha Beach. Once you arrive, you can play solo or challenge your crewmates for $2. You must challenge and defeat Minami at a dart game to obtain the jacket. Fortunately, Minami is not a skilled dart player, so securing a win would not be too difficult.
However, if you are unsure of your dart skills, you can buy better darts like Standard and Silver from the Panthera Sports Kingdom. In addition to these, you can also obtain some rare Gold darts from Gorgeous Roger’s in Madlantis.
The dart game consists of three rounds, and you will have three throws per round. Use the crosshair to aim and try to land the dart on the bullseye to secure victory. After defeating Minami, he will reward you with the classic jacket. If you want to try it out, go to one of the changing booths within the game. You can also return to the ship to try it on and customize your outfit.
On top of the jacket, you can also win a construction helmet for Majima by defeating Nishida in the same dart game.
