It is a patrolling-type monster and can kill you within two attacks if you are not careful enough. Headman is scary but not fast enough. Aside from that, it is actually a very dangerous monster. It likes to just wander around the map, searching for the next prey. There is no best way of countering Headman other than avoiding direct detection. This monster has very good vision and can spot you from a good distance. Moreover, it gets irritated by flashlights, so crouching is a good way to avoid detection. If you hide under furniture in front of it, it’s going to attack you with a bite that does 50 damage per bite. Two attacks from a Headman, and you will become headless.
