In Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Yasuke is a samurai and naturally has many different weapons in his arsenal. The Naginata is a polearm weapon used in feudal Japan. It is reminiscent of a spear; however, the Japanese minds and craftsmanship of the Sengoku period helped the Naginata to develop its own identity and deviate from the traditional spear.

In addition to that, you can use the Naginata in AC Shadows as Yasuke’s primary weapon for battle. There are many legendary variants of the weapon in the game, and today we will tell you about all of them.

Every Legendary Naginata in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

As we discussed earlier, the Naginata is a polearm weapon. It essentially consists of a blade attached to a wooden stick. It is one of the five weapons for Yasuke in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

This weapon has more range than the Kanabo or the Long Katana. In addition to that, it is also quite effective against groups of enemies because of its crowd control abilities. Furthermore, there are a total of eight different Legendary Naginatas in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. They represent the highest tier in the game and have perks that can turn the tide of battle to your favor. So, without further delay, here is a list of all of them:

Different Ways of Acquiring the Legendary Naginatas

There are various ways of getting the Legendary Naginatas we mentioned above. Ubisoft made sure that the gameplay loop of Assassin’s Creed Shadows does not get stagnant. So the developers decided to divide the Legendary Weapons and lock them behind different gameplay mechanics.

Some of the Legendary Naginatas mentioned earlier are rewards for completing certain objectives or assassinating certain targets. However, the other ones can be bought from the in-game store, or they will be in legendary chests scattered throughout the map of Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
