The Watchful Moon event in Roblox’s Dig It is a special server-wide event that provides players with a luck boost.
The Watchful Moon event was added to the list of server-wide events that take place in the Dig It experience. Alongside the Valentine’s event this year, a blue smiling moon appeared in Dig It and granted players a luck boost of over 40 percent. The boost seemingly lasts for 10-15 minutes and provides players with a chance to dig up rare valuables while digging.
Players will be notified via the in-game chat when the event takes place. Additionally, the moon will change its appearance to a smiling blue one. Players should equip a shovel with high loot luck to boost their chances of digging up something good. Shovels like the Toy Shovel or the Superior Shovel are recommended for their high loot luck rate. If you are a new player, the event is especially beneficial because it provides you with the opportunity to gather rare and high-value materials early in the game.
Best Strategies for the Watchful Moon Event in Dig It Roblox
You cannot purchase the Watchful Moon event like other events in the Dig It experience. The event occurs at random and is based on luck. Experienced players can use enchants to increase their chances of digging up legendary items while the event is active. Several players used the Heart Shovel during the Valentine’s event when the Watchful Moon event was released.
For new players, the Toy Shovel is the most useful as it is easily purchasable after level 5 in Nookville. It has a loot luck of 30 percent and a control rate of 30 percent as well. The shovel has a stability rate of -10 percent, which is its only downside.
The Superior Shovel can also be used, which is unlocked after level 7. It does not match the 30 percent loot luck of the Toy Shovel but has better overall stats. Once you get the hang of enchantments, you should use the feature to boost your chances of unearthing rare materials.
