Every booster pack in Pokemon TCG Pocket introduces a slew of emblems and icons for you to acquire. You can get these rewards by completing different themed collections within the game.
These missions can either be visible to you or hidden until you complete them. One of these hidden emblems in Pokemon TCG Pocket is the Gholdengo Emblem. Here are the requirements for unlocking this emblem.
Requirements For Getting the Secret Gholdengo Emblem in Pokemon TCG Pocket
The hidden mission for claiming this emblem is aptly named ‘Gimmighoul Collection’. This mission thankfully doesn’t require any rare cards, which would be hard to obtain. However, that still doesn’t make this mission any easier to complete.
This is because you need to complete 99 copies of Gimmighoul to complete this mission. This number is likely derived from the evolution method of Gholdengo in the mainline Pokemon games of Scarlet and Violet, where you would need 999 Gimmighoul coins to evolve one into Gholdengo. This number has been significantly reduced in this game.
Although this requirement sounds daunting at first, there is a simple way to complete it.
Secret Trick For Getting the Secret Gholdengo Emblem in Pokemon TCG Pocket
Of course, getting 99 copies of a single card is no joke, but you can ensure this emblem for your account through this method. This simple method is to trade one Gimmighoul card with any friend of yours who also has a Gimmighoul. However, you should note that you cannot trade Shining Revelry cards in the game.
When this trade is allowed (sometime in the future), you and one other friend can trade the same copy of Gimmighoul amongst yourselves. However, you should note that you will need to wait for your trade stamina to refill before making a trade. So, this method is a guaranteed way of obtaining the emblem. Nevertheless, it will still take a long time.
Lastly, if you are getting close to your target, you can also consider buying the remaining Gimmighouls using pack points. That was everything about obtaining the secret Gholdengo emblem in Pokemon TCG Pocket.
