Kilima Village and the world around it hold a host of secrets, and you’ll probably find a lot of these as Palia progresses or while exploring. One of the many locations in the map is the Night Sky Temple. You might have some trouble locating this place, but it has four major vaults that you’ll need to unlock to progress past a certain part of the main storyline. Each vault also gives you the opportunity to get your hands on some valuable bundles.
So, it’s crucial to know exactly where the temple is and how you can retrieve the bundles from each of its vaults. It’s located near the Leafhopper Hills in Elderwood. In this guide, we’ll provide the exact location of the Night Sky Temple in Palia and talk about what’s inside.
How To Find the Night Sky Temple in Palia
The Night Sky Temple is an ancient location that is situated in the forests near Kilima Village. You can access it at any point in time, unlike many of the other temples in the game. That means you don’t have to complete some quest in the main storyline to be able to get inside the Night Sky Temple once you do locate it.
All you need to do is open up your map in-game and set a marker for Leafhopper Hills. Once you reach this particular marker, go north toward the Family Farm location. Finally, start climbing the mountain in the region. On the very first ledge as you climb up should be a wooden door. Open it and proceed inside to discover the door that leads to the Night Sky Temple.

How To Unlock the Bundles Inside the Night Sky Temple in Palia
As we mentioned previously, this location will have four major vaults inside. You can access each vault by completing specific main story missions. When any of these vaults unlock, you’ll be able to donate particular resources to that vault in exchange for nifty rewards, known as bundles.
So, your first task in getting the bundles will be to unlock all of the vaults. The following main story missions will unlock vaults here. We have also listed the bundles that become available to you as a result of each mission and its associated vault access.
- Vault of the Gales mission: Stormseeker, Fairywind, Cloudcurrent, and Pie in the Sky bundles become available.
- Vault of the Flames mission: Emberseeker’s, Sear-Chef, Flamerod, and Brightbug bundles
- Vault of the Waves mission: Beach, Freshwater, Spooky, and Magic bundles
- Vault of the Roots mission: Rootseeker’s, Fruits of the Earth, Prospector’s Pal, and Creatures of the Abyss bundles.
