What Does Evolution Do?
When you evolve a Mythic unit in Anime Saga, you get two big benefits: they deal more damage and get a new move to use in battle. Take Zid for example. His new Atomic move hits harder than all his other abilities put together. That’s why evolution is such a game-changer.
Steps to Evolve Your Units
You’ll find the Evolve capsule right in the main lobby. Each unit needs different materials and some Gold to evolve. Here are some of the best units you need:
- Zid (Get this done first): 30,000 Gold, 20 Screws, 5 Handheld, 3 Yoyo, 1 Soup, 1 Key
- Frierin (Also really important): 30,000 Gold, 30 Milk, 8 Bottle, 2 Yoyo, 4 Egg, 1 Soup
- Okorun (Good to have): 25,000 Gold, 40 Milk, 20 Handheld, 6 Dice, 4 Egg, 2 Magnet
Getting Your Evolution Materials
The best place to get materials is from Raids, which you can join once you hit level 25. Raids start every hour on the hour and last for 15 minutes. The more damage you do to the raid boss, the better rewards you’ll get.
Team up with other players in Raids. You’ll do more damage when fighting together, which means you’ll get more materials after each raid.
Using the Gold Shop Smart
Check the Gold Shop every 12 hours, it gets new stuff twice a day. While you can get most materials from Raids, some of the rare ones like Keys (12,000 Gold) and Soup (11,000 Gold) are worth buying when you see them in the shop.
Which Units Should You Evolve First?
Some evolutions give you more bang for your buck. Here’s what we recommend:
- Start with Zid and Frierin – they get much stronger after evolving
- Then go for Okorun – good upgrade but not as crucial as the first two
- Doma and Chainsaw can wait – they’re still worth evolving but do them last
Follow these tips and you’ll have a team of evolved units in no time. Just make sure to do your daily Raids and keep an eye on the shop for those hard-to-find materials.
