The stakes are higher than ever in Chapter 7 in Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time, named “Crack the Cog, Free our Future.” At the beginning, we saw players going into the Depths B4 and meeting the Cog of Time and the Dark Dragon. Meeting Rem in the Capital in Chapter 7 of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time
Once Carla lifts the Cog of Time and the Dark Dragon out of the depths of B4 and makes it float into the sky, you and your party will be greeted by Rem through Skelegon. She will ask you to visit her in the Capital, which will kick off the events of the segment we are going to discuss now.
The first thing you should do is take the Bone Dragon and go to the Capital. Once you land there, enter through the main gate, and a cutscene will trigger. During it, you will meet Rem. She will mention the truth behind Reveria’s future briefly. Then, surprisingly, Skelegon will gain the ability to speak for the very first time in the game. After that, you will get to know that Skelegon was actually Growler this entire time.
Then Growler, aka Skelegon, will speak about the God of Evil, Xernes, and how he used the Cog of Time to reset the world in the future. Then, Rem will ask Mira to work with the professor and find a way to destroy the Cog.
Speak To Rem at The Castle
Once the cutscene is over, you will have some time to kill. You can then go straight to the Inn. After a brief conversation there, you will be free to roam around the Capital. During this time, you can do anything you want, but we suggest that you find Rem as soon as possible. She will be in the middle layer of the Capital’s castle. Rem will then speak about the beauty of Mysteria and then reveal a big secret about herself.
You will enter the next day after the conversation ends, and it will be time to continue your journey and find out about Mira’s plan.
