How To Start the Quest
To begin this quest, speak with Lady Elaine inside Ron’s Tavern at the Village. This is in the Horns of the South region of the game. After asking you a few questions about yourself, she’ll give you a book. Read it carefully and answer her questions correctly.
Then, she’ll proceed to tell you about a ship called Andraste that sank. Lady Elaine doesn’t know the location of the shipwreck but thinks there’s information inside about a precious relic. So, she’ll ask you to talk to someone named Rhydderic at the museum inside the Fortress at Horns of the South.

The Last Voyage Walkthrough for Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon
Follow the quest marker and reach Rhydderic. Talk to him to discover the exact location where the Andraste went down. The spot is just off the Smuggler’s Bay coast. Follow the trail and reach the shipwreck. Inside, you’ll discover a chest with Captain Lex’s Diary. The chest also contains various other valuables, including coins and an Aegis of Retribution. Go through the diary, and you’ll learn that the ship’s crew stashed some items inside a nearby cave. So, that’s where you’ll be heading next.
Upon entering the cave, you’ll need to take down a few Drowners. As you move further in, you’ll eventually come face-to-face with a huge and powerful enemy, Scourge of the Seas. After defeating this foe, don’t forget to loot its corpse to get your hands on the Tidepiercer weapon. Next, proceed deeper into the cave, and you’ll finally find the large statue that Lady Elaine was looking for. Turns out it is actually the skeleton of a Fore Dweller.
Report back to Lady Elaine at Ron’s Tavern. She will be quite excited and pleased with the outcome of your investigation. The quest will end once you speak to her, and you’ll get 1000 XP as a reward.
