Elden Ring Nightreign may be a game that embraces the roguelike genre, but it still retains a good chunk of its Souls-like roots. The game features tons of difficult bosses and enemies, as you’ve been conditioned to expect out of the game. As stated earlier, you start any run with only three flask charges. This means you can use your flask only thrice, which limits aggression and risky plays out of fear of dying. If you wish to increase the number of flask charges and consequently the heals you get, you must visit any of the churches on the map.
The churches all have altars that you can interact with. Interact with the altar to gain +1 to your total flask charges.
All members of the team must interact with the altar on their own. The additional charges are allotted individually, so pin the church on the map for your teammates if you find one. Once you find and interact with it, the altar is exhausted, and you will then have to find another altar to use.
