Users who pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 on Walmart had their orders cancelled. However, the retailer is allowing users to pre-order again.
After years of waiting, Nintendo finally announced the Switch 2 to the general public. Users were really impressed by its capabilities, so there were probably many pre-orders across various retailers. However, Walmart seemingly started canceling the pre-orders earlier this month without any explanation.
Fortunately, Walmart is allowing users to pre-order again for users who have had their previous pre-orders canceled. In this article, we will look into the reports of Walmart allowing pre-orders again and also explain how you can pre-order again.

Walmart Claims System Error for the Cancellation and Allows Users To Pre-Order Again
Walmart has posted an update regarding the Switch 2 pre-order cancellations. The retailer is citing a system error as the reason behind the cancellations and has also apologized for the user’s inconvenience. However, Walmart has mentioned that you can pre-order the Switch 2 again if your cancellation happened sometime in the last 24 hours.
The retailer sent an email for the cancellation, mentioning the reason for the cancellation and instructions on how to pre-order again. If you still want to buy a Switch 2, you must pre-order it again within 24 hours of receiving the mail. However, if your pre-order was canceled much earlier, you have no other option but to wait for it to release. You can then try buying it, but whether it is available at MSRP or not is a different question.
How To Pre-Order Switch 2 Again
If you were lucky enough to get the mail within 24 hours of cancellation, use the link in the email to launch the browser. The link will add the Switch 2 to your cart. Just continue through the checkout process, and the pre-order will be successful. However, keep in mind that you can only pre-order one Switch 2 per account.
