How To Get the Lone Angler Fishing Rod in Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon

You will need to speak to a specific NPC if you want to get your hands on the unique fishing rod. For that, go to the northern part of the Horns of the South Region. When you reach the Ancient Cromlech location, start a bonfire and rest until it’s after midnight. Then, proceed east from your current location, and you’ll soon find a man in the distance fishing. Approach him and speak to him to learn that his name is Lone Angler. He’ll ask you to join him. You can either agree or disagree.

If you agree, you’ll need to equip your regular fishing rod. Throw a line into the water and start the fishing process normally. However, after a while, when you turn to look at Lone Angler, the man is nowhere to be found. Instead, you’ll discover the Lone Angler Fishing Rod resting against his seat. You can simply pick it up and use this one to fish henceforth.
