Skibidi Tower Defense recently saw a brand-new update called Episode 78. This came with new content aligned with the Skibidi Toilet storyline.
Tower defense games are among the most played games on Roblox. One of the most popular games in this category is Skibidi Tower Defense. Developed by SuperSkibidi Games, the game was first released in 2023. Since then, it has over 658 million visits and currently boasts an active player base of over 5K.
The spike in active players is due to a brand-new update that was introduced last month (May). The Episode 78 update introduced significant content aligned with the Skibidi Toilet storyline. Let’s see what’s new in the update.
Skibidi Tower Defense: Episode 78 Update Guide
Episode 78 has some new updates, including new units, new crates and rarity. Let’s explore what’s new in the game:
New Units
Six Units were added in the game following the Episode 78 update. For those wondering, Units are the core defensive characters players deploy to protect their base from waves of attacking Skibidi Toilets. Here is a list of new Units:
- Speaker Ship (Legendary)
- Headless TV Man (Mythic)
- Cross Speakerwoman (Godly)
- Nuke Titan TV Man (Unlimited)
- Executioner Speakerman (Celestial)
- Hunter Astro Mutant (Exclusive)
New Crate
A new crate was also added to the game. It’s called the Raid Crate. You can obtain the Raid Crate from the Raid Shop for 25 Tickets per crate, 75 Tickets for 3 crates, or 250 Tickets for 10 crates. Following are the units you can obtain from the Raid Crate:
- Speaker Ship – 50%
- Headless TV Man – 45%
- Cross Speakerwoman – 4.9%
- Executioner Speakerman – 0.1%
(Note: This is the first crate that includes a unit of Celestial rarity – Executioner Speakerman)
New Additions
Following are the new additions to the game:
- Added Celestial rarity.
- Added Raids.
- Added Raids Shop.
- Added Raid Tickets Tickets.
- Added “Trait Reroll” and “Raids” teleports.
- Added “Replenish 3x Raids” gamepass.
- Added “Toilet Shard Bundle” gamepass.
- Added “Super Shard Bundle” gamepass.
- Added “Trait Hunter” gamepass.
- Added Raids NPC.
- Changed order of buttons on the top of the screen.
- Changed Shards to only be visible in the Traits menu.
- Changed Traits menu UI.
The Episode 78 Par 1 event will end on June 13, 2025.
