Where Can You Find the Breaking Counter Pictos in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
While going through the Stone Wave Cliffs to look for Esquie’s magic rock, Expedition 33 can run into a friendly Nevron named Hexga. Helping this Nevron find all their rocks will result in the acquisition of the Auto Shell Pictos, but instead of pushing to the main path, you can take a detour to the left side of jar-like structures to find the Breaking Counter Pictos.
You have the option to fight this weakened Nevron, but it is purely optional. There is no need to fight Hexga to find these items around the area.
The Breaking Counter Is a Must-Have for Expedition 33
Counterattacks can be difficult to achieve, especially if you are unfamiliar with every enemy’s attack window. If you manage to perfect the timing, your counterattacks can deal 50% more damage. This is ideal against smaller enemies or if a larger enemy performs an area of effect attack. Your entire party can dodge or parry and then follow up with a powerful counterattack.
