Defeat the Titan in Deltarune Chapter 4 using shield-breaking tactics, TP management, and well-timed, unique ACT options.

The Titan is the final boss of Deltarune Chapter 4 and is a challenging adversary to overcome. It emerges from the Dark Fountain opened by the Roaring Knight, and the heroes begin climbing its body before it forms completely. Although the Titan Boss Fight may seem extremely difficult at first, using a few effective tactics and anticipating its attack patterns makes the battle significantly easier.
Where To Find the Titan Boss
To find the Titan Boss, progress through Chapter 4 normally until you reach the Old Church and find the Dark Fountain opened by the Roaring Knight. As the party reaches the Dark Fountain, the knight summons the Titan.
However, the battle does not begin immediately as the Titan hasn’t fully formed yet. Begin climbing the Titan’s body and dodge the enemies patrolling its form. After climbing the first section, Kris will drop onto a nearby structure. Sprint to the right and up the stairs, where you will fight Titan Spawn. After another climbing section, you will face the Titan.
How To Beat the Titan Boss in Deltarune Chapter 4

Overview
To beat the Titan, you will need to reduce its health to 60%. However, the Titan generates a shield that needs to be demolished before you can harm it. The shield is depicted by the white star at the center of its face. Once your TP is at 80%, use Kris’ Unleash ACT option to destroy the shield. The Titan’s face will now have a hollow cavity at its center. Attack when the shield is down to reduce the Titan’s health. However, with the shield down, the Titan’s attacks become more aggressive as well.
Strategy

Start the battle by using Defend on your first turn and begin gathering TP. As the Titan launches its bullets, they will emit small green particles that you can collect to increase TP. If you take damage and might die on the next attack, use Kris’ Brighten ACT option to make the following Titan attack much easier to dodge. Then, use Dual Heal to bring characters back to high health.
If your characters have decent health remaining, continue using Defend until you have enough TP for Unleash. After using Unleash, attack for two turns before the Titan’s shield reforms.
Repeat the process and use Unleash again. This time, the Titan will heal itself, but Old Man Gerson will arrive to join you in the fight. Use the Dual Buster ACT option with Gerson to damage the Titan’s shield. With the old man’s help, you’ll then be able to quickly defeat the Titan, and a cutscene will play.
