The T Rank in Tenna’s Boards in Deltarune is the highest achievement. This article will discuss how you can get it.
Deltarune Chapter 3 came with various secret paths, hidden bosses, minigames, and achievements. Tenna’s Boards is one of the minigames in this new chapter from Toby Fox. The T Rank is the highest achievement you can get in it, but for that, you will need to go through numerous different challenges and overcome them first.
So, follow this guide to know how to complete said challenges and get the T Rank to unlock a secret door in Deltarune.
How To Get the T-Rank in Deltarune
As we discussed earlier, the T Rank is the highest rank in Tenna’s Boards. So, to get it, you will need extraordinary performance. More specifically, you will encounter three separate fights, and you will have to achieve the T Rank status with at least two of them. As for the final fight, a simple S Rank would suffice. In addition to that, you will have to pass quizzes and a cooking mini-game.
The Three Fights
As the first challenge on this board. You must win three different fights and meet the requirements to get the T Rank. We have broken the fights down and provided the steps to win them below.
The First Fight
Proper preparation is needed to win any challenge. So, you should drink from the Oasis at least eight times before you head into the first fight. This action will start the Weather Fight a bit early, which works in your favor. Once the fight begins, to get the T Rank, you must win as soon as possible while not taking more than two hits. Your Act choices during the early stages of the fight will help you immensely in this situation.
The Second Fight
The Second Fight in this series of challenges is quite simple in theory. After your first skirmish, you will have to fight the Shadow Guys as your next obstacle. Compared to its predecessor, this battle will have stricter restrictions. If you want to get the T Rank during this fight, you must not get hit at all and then finish the encounter within three rounds or fewer.
The Third Fight
Before you can begin your third fight, you will have to solve some puzzles during this segment. Once you solve the first set of said puzzles, you will receive the Croissant for Susie. After that, you will have to engage in a confrontation with the Shadow Guys yet again. Do not get hit during this fight if you want the T Rank. Also, you must finish the skirmish within four rounds this time and get 100% TP by defending.
Obtain All Four Keys and Win the Quizzes
The next part of Tenna’s Boards will feature Quizzes and Four Keys. Your primary task will be to answer every question correctly to obtain all four keys in this segment to get the T Rank. For that, get hold of Lancer and obtain the first key. After that, you can pass Tenna’s quizzes and get the two Q’s. Then, get your hands on the Cactus Key. Now, once you have put the two Q’s on the pyramid there and only then can you attempt the final quiz and obtain the third key. Additionally, you can simply buy the fourth and last key from the shop.
The Cooking Minigame
Once you have completed the quizzes, you will get to start a Cooking Minigame as the last challenge. This time, you will need to wait for your special guest while you stack and hold the food on your head. When the guest shows up, simply give them the food. This board will be time-based. So, you will have to run out the clock while repeating this gameplay loop. Once it is done, you will get the T Rank and end Tenna’s first board.
Rewards
As we briefly mentioned earlier, if you get the T Rank in Tenna’s Boards, you unlock a new secret door. To find this new place, take the door on the right of the S Rank door. Then cross the A, B, and C rank doors and head towards the far left to find the T Rank room. Once you are inside, you will see Tenna spinning and T-posing. Furthermore, you will then collect the note at the end of the room, which will reveal this mysterious pose as the T-V Pose.
