Obtaining the Game Over Achievement in Date Everything
As mentioned above, you need to die in Date Everything to obtain the Game Over Trophy. To do so, you must start and lose a battle against one of the characters called Dishy, the Dishwasher.
You need to interact with Dishy five times to start the fight. When you start the conversation for the first time, instruct him to do the necessary updates. During the second interaction, choose a password from the four available options. It is important to remember this set pin, as you will require it later.

Afterward, Dishy will challenge you to a battle. Keep in mind that you must lose to obtain the achievement. Therefore, you should skip your turn by choosing the Call for Help option. This will work only if you are in the earlier stages and have not interacted with the Dateables much.
Next, Dishy will attack you, and once your health reaches zero, you will die. Now, all that is left is to load a recent save to get the achievement.
