Mega Evolutions are making a comeback with the release of Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia in Pokemon TCG. Here is everything you should know.
Pokemon TCG has unveiled its newest expansion, which will be bringing back Mega Evolution to the trading card game. This new pack comes a few months before the release of Pokemon: Legends Z-A. Since this Legends game takes place in Kalos and also brings back Mega Evolution, this pack comes at the right time to promote this mechanic.
With Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia scheduled to release on August 1, 2025, here is everything we know about this expansion.

Pokemon TCG Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia Release Date
The new expansion was announced on various official channels and platforms. The release date was shown to be August 1, 2025. Mega Lucario is the featured Pokemon for Mega Brave, meanwhile, Mega Gardevoir is the same for Mega Symphonia.
Additionally, we got a closer look at lots of cards that would be a part of this pack. This includes many Mega Evolved Pokemon, and other Supporter and Item cards.

The main attraction of this pack will be the return of Mega Evolution. However, apart from these, there are many strong cards present in this expansion as well. Moreover, this is the first time that we will be getting Full Art cards for Items. Rare Candy and Night Stretcher are just two of these.
However, excluding the Mega Evolution Pokemon, there are many other great Support and Pokemon cards available as well. Some of these include Wally, Lillie, Latios, and Hariyama, to name a few.
It will be interesting to see how the meta shifts with the release of this new expansion. Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia will release on August 1, 2025, for Pokemon TCG.
