The Eggslinger is a limited-time class in Dead Rails that arrived with the Easter 2025 event. It has multiple unique abilities that allow you to spawn friendly minions to fight by your side. This Dead Rails Eggslinger class guide helps you obtain the class and use its abilities effectively. Do note that the class is not currently available in the game for new players, and you have to wait for an event rerun to get it.
Dead Rails Eggslinger Class Guide: How To Play
The Eggslinger class spawns a small or medium Easter egg every two minutes. The eggs automatically hatch into random non-playable characters (NPCs) who fight by your side. You can get wolves, werewolves, zombies, and other creatures from the eggs.
You can have up to 20 friendly NPCs active at any time. There is no way to control the NPCs, and they automatically engage enemies during fights. Your teammates cannot damage the NPCs, so you can safely use them with other players using the Electrocutioner class.
One of the advantages of using the Eggslinger class is that you can let your outlaws and werewolves die and sell them to the sheriff for cash. If you have the Dead Rails game pass, you can earn bonus cash from selling your dead NPC summons.
Dead Rails Eggslinger Class Guide: How To Unlock
You can unlock the Eggslinger class only during Easter Eggstravaganza event. The event is currently unavailable, but Dead Rails regularly reruns its events, so keep an eye out. During the Easter event, you have to locate six golden eggs. Here are the locations of all the eggs:

| Castle | The third egg is in one of the corners of the Vampire Knife room/ |
| Castle | The fourth egg is next to the weapons shelf on the second floor. |
| Tesla Lab | This egg has two spawn locations. Check under the chair near the front door of the Tesla Lab. If it is not there, head to the door behind the Tesla setup area, and you should see it. |
| Sterling Town Cave | The final egg is behind a fallen minecart when you reach the dead end of the cave. |
Once you have all the eggs, you have to complete the Easter Bunny boss in the event to unlock the class.
