Each item serves a different purpose, ranging from healing you if you’re knocked out to showing you the light in the darkness, among others.

Items in PEAK
Collecting and using items is an essential part of PEAK. Each item can be used sparingly in times of need, helping you get out of sticky situations or just guiding your way. You are subject to limited inventory, so choosing which item to store, for which biome, and at which stage of your climb is important. You can take a look at the list of all items and their use to help you better decide.

Miscellaneous
| Item | Uses |
| Banana Peel | You can get this from Blue Berrynana. If you step on it, you will slip. |
| Bing Bong | Use to get an achievement. |
| Blowgun | Shoots a single dart, inflicting heavy damage. |
| Bugle | It can be used for Capybara achievements as well as to obtain winterberries. |
| Bugle of Friendship | Gives you and your teammates infinite stamina for 10 seconds. |
| Compass | You can use it to track your direction. |
| Cursed Skull | You can sacrifice yourself to revive your teammate. |
| Flare | Creates a cloud of smoke to help give direction and find lost teammates, |
| Lantern | It can be used as a source of light or to protect from freezing. |
| Pirates Compass | Guides you to the nearest luggage bag. |
| Scoutmaster’s Bugle | Summons the scoutmaster and gives max stamina to the nearby players. |
Exploration Items
| Item | Uses |
| Anti-Rope Canon | Shoots rope upward like a cannon. |
| Anti-Rope Spool | Deploys a rope upwards from where you are standing. |
| Chain Cannon | Deploys a vine sideways. |
| Magic Bean | Grows into a tall plant which you can climb. |
| Piton | Helps you rest and regain stamina during a climb. |
| Portable Stove | You can use it to cook food and also remove the freeze status effect. |
| Rope Canon | Shoots a rope downwards like a cannon. |
| Rope Spool | Deploys a 12.5-meter rope downwards. |
| Self Shroom | Creates a jumpable platform where thrown. |
Healing Items
| Items | Uses |
| Antidote | Cures 14 ticks of poison. |
| Bandages | Cures 12 ticks of damage. |
| Cure-All | Replenishes your stamina and removes any status effect. |
| Faerie Lantern | Heals all players at a slow rate. |
| Heat Pack | Removes frost damage during use. |
| Medkit | Fully heals you. |
| Remedy Fungus | You can use it to create a healing cloud. Also removes status effects. |
| Scout Effigy | Revives a dead teammate. Can only use once. |
