You get Horadric Tomes as a drop throughout various activities in Diablo 4 Season 9. But before you can get this item as a drop, you first need to unlock it as a potential drop. To do so, you need to reach Horadric Knowledge Rank 10. Once you reach Rank 10, you’ll unlock the Horadric Cache as a reward, which enables the tomes to drop.
Once you have the drops enabled, you then have to play the game on the Torment difficulty. Yes, this is challenging, but the tomes are well worth the effort. While playing on Torment, you then need to complete the several Strongrooms in the game’s Nightmare Dungeons.
After entering the Strongroom, you have to pick between a selection of statues. These statues not only determine the challenge of the Strongroom, but also the reward you get. The greater the difficulty, the greater the reward. Since these rooms throw waves of enemies at you, we recommend being prepared ahead of time.
