If you’re trying to unlock the Hatch Void Rims in Jailbreak during the Roblox Hatch event, there’s a multi-step quest waiting for you. These rims are fully colorable, glow in the dark, and look especially great on wide vehicles like the Monster Truck. However, you’ll need to complete a puzzle and escape prison to claim them.
How To Unlock Void Rims in Jailbreak
Here’s the full step-by-step walkthrough on how you can unlock the Hatch Void Rims in Jailbreak:
Step 1: Join the Hatch Hub and Travel to Crackling Glen
Start by joining The Hatch Hub game on Roblox. Once you are inside, follow the green arrow to the boat and interact with it to access the fast travel feature. From the game menu, select “Crackling Glen” to continue.
Step 2: Enter the Jailbreak Portal
When you arrive at Crackling Glen, follow the path to your right until you reach a glowing blue portal (it’s your way out). Jump down, enter the portal, and choose Jailbreak from the list. This will teleport you to Jailbreak and play a short cutscene.
Step 3: Talk to Rusty and Get the Key
After the cutscene, pick either the prisoner or police team—it doesn’t matter. Go down the hill to find an NPC named Rusty and talk to him to receive a key that will unlock a secure door nearby.
Step 4: Complete the Button Puzzle
Use the key to open the red-highlighted door near the maximum-security area. Inside, you’ll find a room with four red buttons.
Press the buttons in this order:
- Far left
- Far right
- Button next to the one you just pressed
- Remaining button
Avoid the lasers. If you get hit, the puzzle resets. Once all four lights are on, a panel activates and reveals the Energy Egg.
Step 5: Escape the Prison
After grabbing the egg, head through the newly opened door and follow the path down into the sewer escape. Keep moving until you reach the outside world.
Step 6: Unlock the Hatch Void Rims
Now that you’ve completed the mission:
- Spawn any vehicle (Monster Truck works great for showing them off).
- Head to the Garage.
- Open your rim inventory—the Hatch Void Rims should be unlocked.
These rims are limited-time event rewards and are fully customizable with color and glow patterns. They are also compatible with chrome finishes.
If you’re having trouble with the puzzle or escape, rejoin the Hatch Hub and retry the Jailbreak sequence. Just make sure to finish the mission before the event ends, or the rims will no longer be obtainable.
