By mixing different elements like Catalysts, Infusions, and Arcana, you can experiment with different Horadric Spell combinations. The Corrosive Vapor is one of the five Infusions for Horadric Spells. Equip the Infusion to your Horadric Spells from the Horadric Spellcraft Menu to add Poison and or Poisoning damage to the Spell Catalyst.

Additionally, enemies hit by the spell will take 320% Poisoning damage over 4 seconds as a bonus effect, which can only happen on each enemy every 3 seconds. While equipping the Corrosive Vapor, your Poison Damage Bonus will be the same as your highest Damage Type Bonus.

You can also upgrade Corrosive Vapor at the Horadric Spellcraft Menu using Horadric Phial up to Rank 10 with:

  • 25 Horadric Phials for upgrading Ranks 2-4
  • 75 Horadric Phials for upgrading Ranks 5-10

Reaching Rank 5 further enhances the spell effects by deactivating monster Vampiric effects for 8 seconds.
