How To Get Acorns in Grounded 2
You can find Acorns appearing near oak trees in Grounded 2. In the early game, you can find one of these trees south of the Snackbar in the Entrance. Furthermore, you can head to the northern parts and check out more oak trees where acorns can spawn.
These trees appear with brown leaves, so you can’t miss them. They stick out a lot, especially when there are nearby pine trees in the area with green leaves.
How To Use Acorns in Grounded 2
You break down Acorns into different parts, like tops, shells, and bits, each with its own purpose. This is why you have to grab every Acorn you come across in the game. You need them for almost all crafting recipes.
Acorn Tops and Shells
The Acorn tops and shells are used mainly for building structures, ladders, beds, smoothie stations, storage chests, and more. Additionally, they are also required to craft Acorn armor. Another purpose for Acorn tops and shells is for the Resource Analyzer, so you can learn new recipes and science points.
Acorn Bits
The lesser parts, called Acorn bits, are mainly used for cooking foods like Boost Juice and Mac N Bees. They are not as important as the tops and shells. However, you might want to keep some on hand in case you want to craft some food.
