The Elephant quest from Ready or Not can be challenging to complete as you need to rescue multiple hostages. Here’s how to do it.
The Elephant quest from Ready or Not is one of the best single-player missions from the game. It requires you to think and act quickly and take care of three important objectives. These include eliminating all four shooters, defusing all the bombs, and rescuing all thirteen civilians. If you fail to do one of these things, you will not secure an S rank in this quest.
This quest takes place inside a community college under attack. As the map is of a college, you cannot expect to find all the hostages in one place. You will have to look in multiple classrooms to rescue all civilians.
Ready or Not: How to Secure All Hostages in Elephant Quest
As mentioned, in total, there are thirteen civilians or hostages in this quest. While securing them is essential to get the S rank, it is still the last thing you need to do. The first two are to eliminate the criminals and defuse all bombs. Hence, rescuing the civilians is only helpful once you have managed to detain all four suspects.

Remember not to shoot unnecessarily, as this will create panic and chaos among the civilians. During the time when you are eliminating the suspects, try not to use help from any of the AI teammates and position them at the main gate only. However, once you have managed to defuse all the bombs and kill all suspects, you need to look in every classroom for hostages. Now is the time to seek help from your AI teammates. This is a simple task that they can manage themselves.
When checking the rooms yourself, do not waste time collecting the evidence, as this does not really matter in this quest. Your AI crew members will automatically do this anyway.
