Spaghetti Sloth is a new pet added to Grow a Garden, which was introduced as part of the Trading and Cooking Update.

Grow a Garden’s new update – The Trading and Cooking Event – has already recorded millions of players. The new event features new gameplay mechanics, plants, pets, and more. This article will focus on the Spaghetti Sloth pet, which is a mythical-tier, limited pet in the game. Let’s learn what it does and how you can obtain it.
What Is Grow a Garden Spaghetti Sloth Pet?

The Spaghetti Sloth is a Mythical, limited-time pet introduced during the Cooking Event Update. It’s a unique, food-themed pet that resembles a regular sloth dressed in chef’s clothes, adding a fun and quirky aesthetic to your garden.
What Does It Do?
The Spaghetti Sloth has a unique passive ability called Al dente. Triggers every 3 minutes 20 seconds to 14 minutes (random interval), where it wanders to a nearby fruit or plant in your garden and “cooks” it, applying one of three random food-themed mutations:
- Pasta
- Sauce
- Meatball
How To Get It
The Spaghetti Sloth is exclusively obtained by hatching a Gourmet Egg during the Cooking Event. Here’s the process:
- Head to the center of the island to find the pig chef NPC, Chris P, and a cooking cauldron.
- Use fruits and plants from your garden to prepare dishes in the cauldron based on specific recipes.
- Once your meal is cooked, submit it to the Chris P NPC, who rewards random items, including the Gourmet Egg. There’s no guarantee that you will receive the Gourmet Egg as a reward. You may have to repeat the process multiple times.
Note: There is only a 4% chance of getting the Spaghetti Sloth from the Gourmet Egg.
