Type Soul players can join any division in any order, except for the first one. You can get in the division by getting in the good graces of each captain by completing an opening task.
The process of getting into divisions is similar to joining clans, but it can take a toll. Complete the task and you’ve earned your spot amongst them. These are all the 13 Divisions in Type Soul and their main missions:
- Division 1: Head for Hueco Mundo and collect shadows within the forest.
- Division 2: Eliminate Arancar NPCs around Soul Society.
- Division 3: Find Lost Souls around the Rukon region and guide them to their checkpoint.
- Division 4: Replenish the health of wounded players from different factions.
- Division 5: Eliminate Hollow NPCs after using Hollow bait at Karakura Town.
- Division 6: Explore Karakura Town and go through the checkpoints.
- Division 7: Explore Soul Society and go through the checkpoints.
- Division 8: Eliminate Hollow NPCs and use Hollow bait around Hueco Mundo.
- Division 9: Interact with all the checkpoints in Soul Society within a time limit.
- Division 10: Hunt all Hollow NPCs in highlighted areas around Hueco Mundo.
- Division 11: Challenge other players and deal damage.
- Division 12: Participate in the Osu-inspired mini-game.
- Division 13: Interact with all the checkpoints in Hueco Mundo before time runs out.
