Wolf Spiders are one of the most dangerous hostile insects you can find in Grounded 2. Here are all of their spawn locations.
Grounded 2 features many large hostile insects roaming around Brookhollow Park, with Wolf Spiders being some of the deadliest you can encounter right now. These eight-legged arachnids return from the prequel and are more challenging to defeat due to their added move sets. Fortunately, only a few spawn in the park, requiring you to travel quite a bit to hunt them down.
Here are all the locations where you can find wolf spiders in Grounded 2.

All Wolf Spider Locations in Grounded 2

As shown in the images above, six Wolf Spiders spawn on the map of Grounded 2. Most are far from key points of interest, so you won’t face them often. Here is exactly where you can find them:
1. Pine Hill Spider Nest
A small nest full of different spiders is located in the northern section of Pine Hill. The nest is between the large roots of a tree, with a small opening on the ground. Be cautious when visiting this spot, as it’s full of spiderwebs that can slow you down. It is recommended to hunt this specific Wolf Spider during the day.
2. Picnic Table Lantern
The second Wolf Spider spawns under the lantern in the Picnic Table zone. You can find the lantern in the southeast corner of the zone. This area is less dangerous than Pine Hill, but other hostile creatures might interfere during your fight.
3. Under the Podium
The third Wolf Spider spawns right under the podium where Dr. Tully was giving his speech in the opening cutscene, located in the northern Ceremony region. The spider appears inside the hollow section of the podium, behind the hammer and the bottle.
4. Empty Terrarium
The fourth Wolf Spider is also in the Ceremony zone, but in the southern part. She makes her den beneath the empty terrarium and patrols the area at night. Note that many more hostile creatures spawn nearby, making it tough to fight this Wolf Spider alone.
5. Hedge Crawler
The entrance area is large, with two Wolf Spiders. The first spawns in the southwestern hedges and patrols at night. It often appears behind the large mossy rock under the tree.
6. Flower Bed
The second Wolf Spider in the entrance area roams within the flower bed filled with many white flowers in the far southwestern section. You’ll often find her moving around, looking for her next prey.

All Wolf Spider Drops in Grounded 2
Once you find and defeat the Wolf Spiders in Grounded 2, here are the items you can obtain from harvesting their bodies. Note that you are going to need to kill quite a few to craft the items related to these spiders. That said, here are the drops:

- Wolf Spider Fangs
- Spider Venom
